I have lived here 40-years and just found out yesterday that this place existed, within 40-miles of my house.

Re: I took a walk in the woods-Part 1

I'd say that one has been there 30 years or longer. Had a friend cut a frame in two with a hacksaw because while the landowner would give him the truck for dragging it off he didn't want the tree bothered. We carried that truck out in pieces until we got down to the cab and cut off frame.

My ongoing truck projects:
48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
