Should fit my 70 with stock tank? Looks like it is rust free inside the tube and overflow area? If so I'll take it. Thanks. Dave

After looking at my neck I'd better clarify a couple things. Can you tell me the OD of the upper neck and the lower tube? Thanks. Dave
