Re: 700r4 Downshifting Question

Update,
Changed a weight and spring in my original governor (actually several to get where I wanted), my part throttle shifts are where I want them, 4th comes in at 48 mph (part throttle), down shifts are much better, and wot is 5300. All in all, it was a good day! I appreciate all of the help and input.
