72 Hood Stripe Ideas
Hi I’m about to paint my truck and I’m planning on doing the common two tone, med-dark blue and white. I’d like to throw a little something extra in the mix and would like to paint stripes of some sort on the hood. Just not sure what to do yet. So I’d love to see some pictures of different designs. I am running a stock hood.

My local High School colors , all my trucks have a special vinyl sticker made for the wing window. Other wise I would have painted my stripes white.Do you have any pictures of your progress?

Anybody see any issue with the way i have these set up or should I order the correct ones? I know i ordered mounts for a K20 so maybe not go through LMC next time? |

I'd do the mount right. Are you sure you want to add hood stripes on top of a deluxe two-tone paint job? I vote one or the other. My old neighbor did his '68 stripes like this. I would have stopped at the edge of the flat or just a bit over.
