dually fender lights

Ive been having a hard time finding the correct rear fender lights for the 88-2000 body style dually. Seems like this body style has been overlooked.

Anyone found a supplier for these. Or a easy swap. Or factory part numbers.
Any and all help is greatly appriciated.

Just about everyone has them for the up to 91 old bodystyle and the 99 and newer bodystyle but not the 88-00 bodystyle
