The first two photos below are original left and right brackets (I assume for exhaust hangers?) on my 68 big block 2wd c10.
The bottom picture is on both sides hanging under a leaf spring heavy duty bed trailer I have. Would these parts be what came originally on my 68? They look a lot like what's shown in post #16 of this thread, but I'm not sure...

I believe the brackets in your first two pics would be for the tailpipe hangers on a coil spring truck.
