Condensation Issues

Hi. Got a 1951 Chevy 3100. Recently lost garage. Truck is outside now and I drive it every day. Rains here a lot.

The other day its pouring rain and I look up...roof is completely covered in dime size raindrops. They come down when I hit a bumps. I just laugh real loud, wipe off the roof and turn up the stereo.

I cannot beat the condensation but to protect the truck I carry a big towel/rag with me and try to keep it vented and dry. Any better ideas? I am wondering about bed liner like Line-X or something more high tech to hold and disperse the moisture? Would prolly still need the rag, but would the metal be protected? If you see my garage, please let me know.

The condensation is caused from the cool air outside and warm air inside so the solution is to use some sort of insulation on the roof like dynamat and headliner

Pay attention to the water "runs" that are visible inside once the inside visor panel is cut away. Most of the rust damage inside roof skins, sail panels, etc is caused from condensation...

Thank you! I pursued the dynamat idea. Ended up purchasing Uxcell 394mil sound deadener. $29.99 for 60"x30" roll. It actually advertises to be water proof and is much thicker and less expensive. I will let you know if it works.
