Eliminating unnecessary wiring while LS swap

Hoping I can get some help or verification of what some of these wires are at the firewall and under dash before I pull. I'm going to start with the wires and vacuum line directly under the main bulkhead connector on the firewall. I think they were for the original cruise control, the orange one to the left of the bulkhead, I'm not sure anout.

I followed the orange wire to inside the cab, it goes to my accelerator, so I'm assuming this was part of the original cruise control also.

The switch on the gas pedal looks like a TH400 kickdown switch.
