spark plug problem

I had my truck warming up at work and when i walked outside i heard a terrible noise. When i get to my truck and raise the hood i find that a spark plug had came out. The threads were not messed up at all it is like it just unthreaded itself. I went back inside and got some tools and it srewed right back in to the head. I guess what my question is is it possible for it to unscrew with the plug wire still on it? Should i worry about doing it again if it did it once?

Had it happen on an old beemer one time on I-5! Strangest thing but just put it back in and drove off...just like yours...it was hanging by the plug wire.
