Does anyone recognize this visor?

This visor was among the many extra parts that came with my '51 panel truck. I have no idea what kind it is, or what it fits. I don't want to run a visor so I'll probably just Craigslist it. Can anyone identify it?

Doesn't much matter to a lot of guys who will scab them on any way they can.

No one ever ran one on anything fixed up until Lowrider Magazine came out. If you look in pre mid 70's custom car and truck magazines you will never see one except in a rare photo of an East LA Bomba at an event.

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: Does anyone recognize this visor?

looks like a gm accessory one missing all the chrome trim and the end brackets.

I dont like visors either, but every truck I have sold that is the first thing they put on. that and spotlights.

Reminds me of those on car clubs like Czars and Pico Pounders on Whittier Blvd circa 1967.

Yes, I think that's it minus the trim and mounting brackets. Thanks.

Maybe I'll just list it as a "Stoplight Obstructor Shroud."

Re: Does anyone recognize this visor?

I saw that on CL also. Up to 1953 the visor should have trim down the middle like the windshield. This looks like 54-55. Where in Oregon are you?
