Hello all !! I have a 71 Cheyenne 402 long bed
I changed the stock alt/pws/ brackets moved alt to pass
side. Long w/p stock radiator bottom hose is binding and
hitting on frame, hav cut twisted screamed no abail
HELP?

Have a small block in mine. Same issue. I split a piece of 3/8 fuel line and slipped it over the frame. Thus the hose lightly contacts rubber on rubber. Won’t afraid the radiator hose causing it to fail. Don’t know if it will work in your case.

I went to oreileys and bought a universal flexible radiator hose. Then I could bend it to however I wanted and cut it to fit. Turned out really good.

This^ is what I did also. Had a cousin tell me to just hammer the frame out of the way. I told him that wasn't going to happen.
