The Richmond is a stiff shifting box, with a gear whine like an old M-22....no issues on that. The problem is that this crazy old man missed a shift @ 7200, & munched a syncro, slider, & most likely the dog teeth on the gear. Richmond has changed hands, & parts have not been available... (the problem) The old truck is short on paint & interior, but still gets a lot of "thumbs up" when she is out cruzing. I am a little computer challenged, but I can have one of my sons post some pics.....Longhorn
