Goodbye farewell outa here

Well I sold the 72 burb today. I haven't driven it in two years and it needed someone who will carry on with it.
I sold it one of the mechanics that I work with. I gave him and his wife the site address and hopfully they will join up.

Thumbs up Re: Goodbye farewell outa here

Gotta be tough parting with it even if you didn't use it much. That looks like a really nice Burb! At least you know it's going to a good home.

They were made by Modern Wheel and are no longer made. Size was 16x8.

I have had it since 2000. It is a shame to let it go but it was just going to waste in my shop. Here are a couple more pictures for you.

Re: Goodbye farewell outa here

Welcome to the former owner club.At least you have pictures.I`d still like another some day. It`s good to know it went to someone who can take care of it.I sold my blue & white K/20 Highlander to a friend and mechanic.we help each other out.I`d have first shot at it whenever he might sell it,too. It`s funny,I keep giving him parts for it.I`ve even bought parts to give him.
I guess you figure you can take better care of what you kept by selling that sweet machine.

Re: Goodbye farewell outa here

Sorry to hear the burb is leaving, but it sounds like it is going to a good home, and one that you can check up on it in the future.
