Started working on roof trying to get truck roofline, worked on it for a few hours but still think it needs to come down some. Still looks a little puffy in the front.

Yes sir I think the front is still a bit high! Thats just my opinion though.

worked on roof today I think it looks pretty good. Its just tacked in still have some cutting to do in the rear section but ran out of daylight.

thanks it came down at least another half an inch from the last pic
I ended up cutting out about 1.5 inches from the burb roof.

Great work on your roof! Did you just trim until it started to fit better? Are you going to cut the rear cab roof and butt weld it, or leave it over lapped like that and weld it?

To answer your other question i was not sure how the roof was going to work out so I started by cutting it at the body line where the slope starts.
Then I knew I was going to have to cut at least 1 inch out so I cut that out of what was still remaining on burb. Then I set roof on straped it down with a few ratchet straps until i got the shape i wanted then bent and cut what was left on roof to fit and tacked it up. I had no idea how it was going to work out but ended up looking ok. heres more pics
