71. Front suspension swap

I am looking to do a suspension swap from a car I was wondering what would bolt up pretty easy I've heard of people doing it with a 79 Cadillac I was wondering if anybody knows of some other cars that you can do the swap with fairly easy thanks in advance

I don't know of any 'car' suspension that is a bolt-on swap for the c10 era truck. My definition of 'suspension swap' is possibly different vs yours.

What are you looking to accomplish?
Why do you need car specific parts vs what the truck came with?

The C10 suspension is pretty much the same as the 79 Seville in every measurable way of performance. Along with being just as modifiable for what ever options you want.

You can section the crossmember for 1.5" of drop, and Z the frame too if you want to go real low. All for the same amount of work as swapping in a Seville clip.

Unless you want a narrow track width then the Seville may offer a couple of advantages. Yet people have narrowed the C10 arms for up to 2 inches I have heard.

"Bolt-in swap" was mentioned in the initial post. 'Clipping' a truck w/a car front suspension set-up is not a bolt-in by any stretch of the imagination.

To what?

The closest to a bolt in swap I have ever heard of besides aftermarket. Is he Jaguar IFS as it just need tabs welded on the frame. Then it's bolt in.

It sounds from his post he wants to use 79 Seville front clip on a 71 truck.

Which doesn't bolt-up pretty easy. No car set-up bolts on easily.
