Track Bar bushing how to

I'm sure there's a link on here on how to change the track bar bushings. If you can direct me to the link, I'd appreciate it!

I have always just burned the old ones out what was left then cleaned the mount hole really good then took the new one and by using a cclamp pressed the new one into place using some dish detergent as lubricate to help ease it in

ive read where they drill a bunch of holes in the rubber and pop out the bushing
