1998 s10 zr2. Teens second truck.

So hello yall. Deerhunter here. Call me noah. Im not new to the board. But i hangout in the 67-72 secrion mostly and the general discussion. But this past weekenda friend thats alot like a dad suprised me with a mini project (runs and drives but needs a fuel pump and a few other lil bits) and we are storin it at his shop until its done. Yes i hate saying it was given to me but thankfully it wasnt fully. Imma workvfor him and pay him back (if he will let me) and i plan on gettin a job asap and payin for my k10 to be done right (imma do the work),to keep the mini truck goin great, and to buy my mom a car (she dont have one and shes not picky thankfully so a reliable beater will make her happy.) And all this on top of school because hey im only a 16 year oldvkid. That owns two trucks. Annd yeah. Pics of the s10 are on my thread in the general discussion.

Trucks a 4.3 auto zr2 package with a extented cab.

Zr2's are pretty nice, id say pulling the bed off might be alot easier than actually dropping the tank. Some people even cut a hole in the bed and make an access hatch to get to the fuel pump. Try to get an ac delco or delphi pump. Some 4.3l dont like airtex cause it has issues pumping pressure ( should be at least 60 pounds)

Good deal. I just picked up a 99 S10 Blazer for nothing a few weeks ago to add to the collection. The S10 series trucks are tough and seem to last forever.
