Is it just for me, or has it been "down for maintenance" all day?

Me too. never seen a site go down for so long before. I tried to post a picture in a thread this morning and haven't been able to, yet. But the kitty sure is cute

It's doing it again. Photobucket is slower than cold molasses on a good day. Is there something better?

I noticed that Photobucket started getting really slow sometime last year. I switched to Flickr and like it much better. I gave Photobucket one more chance a few weeks ago because all my old photos are still there, but nope, still slow. I think I'll stick with Flickr.

I was a paying Photobucket Pro member for years. Then about three years ago it tanked and never really worked acceptably again. Even 50 bucks per year wouldn't buy me proper service. Now I have about 10k pictures basically mired in concrete over there. I wound up switching over the Smugmug for my hosting and have no problems now.

Interesting, I was wondering if I was getting such terrible service because I didn't pay. But I didn't want to pay for bad service, I already do that for my internet.

Even the paid service is virtually unusable. I tried Firefox and Chrome and any different way I could to make it work, but no deal.

I thought it just might have been me, I'm an idiot when it comes to computers. But I was thinking even I couldn't screw it up this bad.
