Re: Pics of GMC only

Here is a few of my 70. Last one is with my 64ss at donut derelicts a couple weeks ago with my son.

It's titled as a Chevy, but someone along the way rebuilt it as a GMC. Im cool with that.

Is that because of the grill designed for the trim?

All 67-72 grilles are the same fit. They are 100% interchangeable. In '67 no trucks got any trim, '68 had the narrow trim like Chevys (same parts), and 69-72 had the wider which "laid over" the fender while extending the grille "back to" the shorter hood

I don't know the name but it is a martin senior custom color that my painter and I came up with. it is based on Eastwood's Cruise Night Blue Metallic.

Re: Pics of GMC only

Beautiful GMC trucks. Is there room for my old beast?

She isn't pretty, but I've been having a great time using and working on this truck. I've been a VW guy my whole life. This is my first vintage American vehicle, and my first pickup.

Straight from a Montana ranch. Still has the original paint (and dents).

Take care, JP
