WTB: 68-up SWB stepside fenders/steps

I'm looking for a decent set of shortbed stepside fenders and steps for a '68-up driver/patina truck. They need to be primarily rust free in the steps and around the attachment flange. A few dings is totally fine. Doesn't matter color or if in primer. They will be patina matched.

Preferably within a few hours drive of Atlanta. Not interested in paying for shipping.

Thanks!

Haha it’s okay. Just really looking for fenders unless the price was super right on the whole truck. You know how we roll!

If your search ends up fruitless, I have what you're looking for. Especially if you want the spare tire cut-out drivers fender for a long bed.

Thanks! I’m hoping to find some shortbed step fenders close-by, but really appreciate you speaking up. I’ll let you know if it doesn’t work out for me in the SE.

Are the fenders different between long and short bed? I know the box is different.

I know the steps are different but the fenders should be same. Box is different as well.

Spare tire cutout is different on a short step vs long step bed

I did not know that. I too am looking for short stepside fenders with the spare tire mount but now that this discussion has clarified a few things I will place my own WTB ad so as not to hijack this fellow"s WTB ad.

The aftermarket stepside fenders are actually really nice.
That might be a good option since you are painting them anyway.

This is a complete aftermarket bed minus the steps on member hot trux old '68 stepside,...

Check with board member uncle. I'm pretty sure he has a pair of swb steps.

No longer looking for stepside fenders/short steps, but I'll leave this thread up since it has some good info in it.
