Was just curious because of the masking on the back window looked like it was shiny from clear spray. Didn't know if something happened while putting the bed on.

The Truck is looking slick by the way.

Nah, we just recently color sanded and buffed the back of the cab as well. Still on there from that. Makes it easier to clean up.

Re: '68 c10 build

Drove the truck a little bit this morning around the block a few times. It runs good. Pulls real hard and is very tight.

Thank you. Yes, I love the bumper. I have the same one on my truck as well. I plan to do the matching rear bumper also. The truck is currently listed for 60.

I planned on doing the one I have for my son in silver and white. It will most likely end up blue now as well. And thank you.

Re: '68 c10 build

No real exciting updates, but I did manage to finally finish wiring up the rear lights.

Re: '68 c10 build

Moving right along. Are those side markers led or just really new and shiny?

They aren't LED. They are called "euro" style and I picked them up from Brothers. I like the look of the deluxe side markers but haven't had good luck with the trim staying on them so I wanted to go with something else on this truck. These are basically like the standard markers but are set into a trim piece. Nice product.

Yeah I love those. I passed up a deal some of the tail lights a little while ago because I knew it would snowball on me and then I'd need the side markers too.

Well congrats, they are really nice. If you feel like donating them to the cause, I'd definitely accept them.

Re: '68 c10 build

My wood bed floor came in this morning from Brothers. I had to open it up and lay it in my other c-10. I'm really impressed with the quality. You can tell it was cut from the same batch because the patterns are pretty uniformed. No knots anywhere.

I haven't had a chance to inspect it real closely but I didn't see any. Sorry to hear that about yours.
