On a 4x4 with big tires it helps on a 2wd its just a band aid for wore out parts.

Re: steering stablizer kit

Isn't bumpsteer caused by poor geometry? If we are talking about the truck in your avatar...what was used to lower it? Just springs? If so, I'd swap to a spindle/spring combo to get that ride height. I never noticed any bump steer in my blazer with a 4" drop using a spindle/spring combo.

Re: steering stablizer kit

I am pretty sure it was done with springs only.the spindles don't look like drop spindles more stock .
the truck was done in the US before the myself and the guy i bought it off.
he knew nothing about what had been done so i have been trying to figure it all out.
i have 18 months till i retire early then i was going to redo the suspension properly that way i know what is under me.
the bump steer is'nt that bad its just that i saw the stablizer while i was looking thru the LMC catalogue.
thanks for your help

I was looking hard for bump steer tie rod ends for you but no one makes them.If you get time take a picture of the spindles you have just take the wheels off.We can tell if you have drop spindles or not.
