ls swap 6.0 useing a turbo 400

in the process of installing a 6.0 was gona mount to my old turbo 400 took off the ls 6.0 flexplate to see if it would bolt rite but no it wont I was told it would bolt rite up what do I need to make it work?

the transmission will bolt to the LS...you'll need the right flexplate to hook up the th400 torque converter to the LS crank....such as this....http://www.advanceadapters.com/produ...flexplate-kit/

damn another $200 bucs going in I bought the spacer thinking that's the only thing I needed to buy to hook the engine to the t400

What did your 6.0.come out of ? You won't need a spacer with a truck or van engine.
I read that just a crank spacer bushing would.work. that's what I bought but decided to go 4l80. . or look for a 6.0lq4 truck flex plate and crank spacer

yea I was just looking and seen this flexplate https://www.ebay.com/itm/Flywheel-Fl....c100005.m1851 this 6.0 I have was in a 07 hummer with a 4l60e so I just need a flexplate for a 4l80e ? I bought a spacer already

That plate should work. Your crank spacer like advanced adapters ? If its the gm type you need longer flex plated bolts. You might have to drill holes or elongate them to fit the 400 pattern.

well will be putting the 6.0 soon got the flywheel figured out I hope the flywheel I bought was a atp z270 with the spacer already in it I first thought that I just needed a 4l80e flywheel and a separate spacer but i see know since I put it on it should bolt rite up.. i pulled the truck in the shop today its hell on just one old man tackleing this project by myself cant get no help gona do the best I can .sorry the pics are as fuzzy as I am

thanks I am certified bonafied redneck for sure . you have to figure out ways to do things when you are the only person around if my help would have shown up we could have just pushed the truck in the shop and I could have done set the ls in .
