you are in luck, i just PMd someone that ezact same question a few days ago...
i make my own lines, i use AN fittings from summit.. the power steering resovior is 16mm x 1.5 o ring earl part # 991955erl..
for the gear box on the truck (assuming it is the stock unit) it is 11/16-18 earl PN 991950erl and 5/8-18 PN 991947erl....those are for a -6AN line, which is the size id recomend

then pending on how you route the lines, you'll need a few 90*, maybe a streight, or ???????.... normally for these style trucks, with the stock inner fenders, i get (in addition to above P/Ns)... Also on all powersteering ftngs id recomend earls brand....the summit brand cant handle the pressure
(1) 90* -6AN
(2) 120* -6AN

Re: project BIG RED (gen3 on air)

Thanks so much, I happen to have some extra -6 line leftover from plumbing my fuel system, I will order up those fittings and get it all fixed up.

well, if you come to some of tulsas car show, you may just see it.....
here are some more progress pics.... i ran the wiring for the air managment, and didnt want to have a groumet with all those wires coming in the cab, so i went with a 1/4 lock bulkhead... the connection will be hidden under the seat, and should the cab need to come off, its a simple twist to seperate the wiring going into the cab...
