3" body lift bumper brackets?

is there a way to make your own homemade brackets simply?
front and/or rear?
if so does anyone have pics or info on how to?

if theres a place to buy them,are they very expensive at all?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

The rear would depend upon the bumper you have, but it shouldn't be too hard to fabricate something.
The front is a completely different story. There really is no "bracket", the bumper bolts directly to the frame. It is "formed" to fit inside the shape of the bumper. There are some outer supports that angle toward the ends to support them, but the main mounts are the frame ends.
The only way to raise the bumper is to cut the frame ends off and re-weld them higher, very similar to what the lowering guys call "Z-ing" the frame.
