Frame gusset question

I am in the process of prepping for a leaf to coil conversion on my 72. I was able top buy a section of frame from a 72 coil truck that I disassembled to use the parts. There is a a gusset inside the frame that I've not seen anywhere. Is this stock? It sits on the bottom side of the frame just in front of where the spring mounts. I went ahead and removed it. One of the rivets is share with the shock crossmember. Is this stock?

Re: Frame gusset question

I just finished the same leaf to coil spring swap 1972 c10
I had a complete cut off and it had the gussets and I used all brackets from the doner frame .
