Who does column rebuilds?

I know 70shortfleet sells great tilt columns, as I have one, but I need a car column rebuilt (69 Impala), non-tilt, four-speed.

Anyone know who does the actual rebuilding? I can google it, but figured I'd start with a truck guy.

Re: Who does column rebuilds?

Grump those folks say they do not rebuild columns without the key switch in it. So nothing older than 73 i guess.

Re: Who does column rebuilds?

One of our members rebuilds our truck columns and I don't see why he couldn't do a car column too. Kev's Classics I believe is his username. If he's still around.

Re: Who does column rebuilds?

Pretty sure a 69 Pontiac had the key in the column

Re: Who does column rebuilds?

Contact Kevsclassics, he does rebuilds and also owns a 64 Impala so I’m sure he could handle yours.

70 shortfleet out of ST.Louis. I'd check with him. I really love the stuff I got from him.

Re: Who does column rebuilds?

You're probably right Grump. I think my 68 Impala's switch was in the dash.
