help decode my engine

So this came out of my 67 c-50 grain truck, it has the oil snout coming off the intake so im sure it's a 327. I looked up the casting num of 3970010 witch i no was used on alot of early casting's. According to the chart its a 1968 327 2 bolt main. I was wanting some additional info off the front pass side block. There are 2 sets of numbers here

1) 12K616712

2) V0412CTL

Thanks for the help guys, oldno7
