Has anyone used bedliner for hood insulation

Has anyone had the bedliner sprayed as a hood insulation? If so, how has it worked?

Re: Has anyone used bedliner for hood insulation

There was someone on here a week or so ago that had used bedliner under the hood and then painted over it. I think he was having second thoughts.

I actually used Duplicolor black bedliner under the hood of a car I have. Doesn't look bad and made things quieter.

Re: Has anyone used bedliner for hood insulation

I've been wanting to insulate the hood. I was thinking the bed liner spray would cut down on noise and help with the heat. Hoping someone has had this done and can give an update on how it worked out.
