Re: power steering wont stop overflowing

sounds like there's a restriction somewhere in the system. did you flush the gear box before you installed the new lines and reservoir?

Re: power steering wont stop overflowing

It's been my experience that genuine steering fluid works better than transmission fluid. It won't foam up or belch out under pressure. Plus maybe it's still got some air trapped in it.

Re: power steering wont stop overflowing

I have had this happen before. All that was wrong was there was air in the system and i had to turn the steering lock to lock then let it sit. Then top up the fluid and do it again and the reservoir was over flowing again but eventually all the air worked out and it has worked flawless ever since. Is your fluid foamy looking when it over flows?
