Drop Shackle and Hanger Question

I am looking into purchasing a Belltech drop shackle and hanger setup from someone and what type of drop can I expect with a flip kit on my 78-C10? Most of the time I have heard about drop shackle and a flip kit, but what does the drop hanger add or does it?

Are you saying you want to combine the flip kit AND the hanger/ shackle combo?

The flip kit is about a 6 inch drop, the shackle and hanger is about 4 inch drop.

My understanding is that a flip kit will attain about 5" of drop itself and a 2" drop shackle set to the 1" setting will get me another 1" of drop to get me to a 6" drop. My target is a 4/6 drop. This guy is selling the drop hangers that came with the setup. Wasn't too sure if the hanger would give it additional drop, more than I want.

If you get hangers, expect some work there. just about killed myself and took over a day with the air chisel. then used a propane torch to heat the rivets, and that made removing them easier. waht a job. Got a belltech hanger/shackle setup with a 4" drop. have 2 in the front, need lowering spindles for another inch.
