Turn Signal Help

78 K5 Installing Dakota Digital VHX gauges. Signals worked 2 years ago when I parked the truck, but its been 2 years. I have the light blue and dark blue wires from the cluster plug wired to the signals. All bulbs are stock filament except the indicator in the VHX cluster

All lights work, all hazards work, including the bulbs on my VHX cluster, but I have nothing, no clicking nothing, when I select a signal.

I bought a new turn signal switch, no change.

I tried the flasher from my C10, which I know works and has LED bulbs for the signal indicators in the dash just like dakota dash no change. Put it back in my c10 and it works fine.

Im guessing I have a power supply issue for my turn signal circuit, but I cannot figure out how to troubleshoot? It looks like this fuse block has hazard fuse and tail light/running light fuse. Those are good as those systems work. Was there a power wire that passed through the cluster connector that powered the turn signal circuit? Thats the only thing I have I done is unplug the factory cluster.
