Question How do I disconnect this TBI cable...

Here is where it is connected to the TBI.

Here is the same cable as it get's closer to the firewall.

So, What's the best way to disconnect it? I need to be able to reconnect it.

In the first pic. Hold the throttle body lever and push that black cable clip forward. It will pop off easily.

Yep! Just pull it forward towards the grill. The tension on the cable is what keeps it connected.
