to the forum!

As for an answer to your question, there's this forum...where we can guess what you're driving or you can try the engines/drivelines forum.

But, let us know what vehicle you have, how it is currently powered, which transmission it has, etc. Until we know that info, it's possible that the answers you need will be fleeting.....

Re: 4l80 to manual trans swap

Okay guys, he has a '98 1-ton with an automatic and he wants to convert to a stick....which transmissions will he need to be looking at?

As far as what you need to make it happen: bellhousing; flywheel, clutch disc; pressure plate; clutch release bearing; clutch master cylinder and pedal ass'y; clutch slave cylinder; all the mounting brackets for the transmission you choose and the engine you have as well as the chassis that they go into. In addition, there may even be different needs for the CPU, meaning a different processor and/or sensors. I'm clueless beyond this sentence.

Anybody who has any info that I know I over-looked/forgot.....just leap into the frying pan and unload.
