69 to 72 black blazer soft top

would like to find my 72 black blazer i sold 20 sum years ago in the Longview Wa area.
i have an after mkt new black soft top in the box. you need the hardware that was on the truck when i sold it, or re-manufacture it. it came out of Colorado, and am looking for the name of the company. i think they sold out to bestop, and the last time i talked to them before that, they had quit making the tops, and destroyed the forms.

Welcome to the board. I'm confused by your post. Are you looking for your old Blazer or are you looking for a soft top or are you looking for soft top hardware?

As far as the tops go, Kayline sold out to Specialty Top Co which went out of Business. Besttop stopped making tops for first gen K5's shortly after that. The only new first gen Blazer soft top manufacture is Softopper.

Specialty Top Co or STC was based out of Denver. And as Bouncy Truck mentioned, they bought out Kayline.

Are you interested in selling the top? I have an STC on my Jimmy currently and wouldn't mind spare "canvas".

And WTF? Who would destroy the forms/molds/patterns?!

If i could find my old blazer, i would try to buy it back. If not, I have the top, and would sell it. It's black, and new in the box. It was made by White Automotive Corp. Whitco, or Witco Top, Colorado Springs Co.

I know this isn't the for sale board but if you decide to let go of your NIB Whitco top then please let me know about it.

The cheesy ones you can get now are over $800, and dont look near as good as this top. I am asking $700, buyer paying the shipping.
