Do you want to keep that quick connect style fitting?

When I was researching stuff for my swap I found that the T56 and NV3500 use the same internal throwout bearing. I ordered a fitting and a line from Speedway motors and converted mine to -3AN. The fitting number for the pressure line is 5151396. The line I ordered was 36" but they have several lengths to choose from, its part number is 91031846-3. I also used a remote bleeder kit to try and keep the mess out of the bellhousing area. It worked really well, the number for it is 5151399-12. They have different lengths as well, if you want it longer or shorter.

The link to my swap is in my signature if you want more details or pictures. They also sell braided lines with that quick connect end, just search for a T56 line. They run about $120 though which is why I just went with regular AN stuff. I will have to bleed it everytime I remove the trans but I dont think it will be that big of a deal as the remote bleeding kit made that really easy.

edit:

Heres the 48" braided line with the quick connect end. Its $110 though...

Alright so I bought that 48" line and it's a great fit except I cannot find a fitting to adapt it to my master cylinder. I have a Wildwood 260-6579, fitting of it is female along with female on that line.

I believe the clutch master has a 1/8" pipe thread. You will need to remove the brass fitting that is currently screwed in the port and replace it with a fitting that has 1/8" pipe on one end and -4AN male on the other end. Speedway should have those fittings as well as other suppliers.

According to the spec sheet for that master its 3/8-24 Here is a fitting to -4AN

This is another option, you might need a set of washers as well.

It is best to not have too many pieces when plumbing. This is what I was talking about. Just remove the fitting that is on the master and install this:

Thats all well and good, and I agree with using the minimum amount of fittings you can get away with in the system. Again you gave him the wrong info and linked him to two seperate fittings that wont work. The specs for the master clearly list it as 3/8-24. See below:

I linked him to a similar fitting first that will work in his master that is like the ones you linked. The reason I gave him the banjo bolt option is because I couldnt locate a 90* fitting when I did mine and I used the banjo bolt so the line wouldnt have to make that curve.

Not trying trying to be a jerk here, I just dont want him buying something that wont work.

I bought the first fitting (per wilwood spec sheet). We'll see if it fits correctly. I appreciate both your help locating fitting. Thanks
