Dent repair

On my 90 i got a dent on the front fender right in the area of the groove at the top. I can push the dent out with my hand from the back but just lightly touch it and it pops back in. How can I fix this?

this is going to sound weird, but push it out with your hand, then hit the edge of the fender, like by the light or back by the door, whichever is closer, with a hammer. works most of the time. if you put some tape on it or use a rubber mallet you might not mess up your paint.

almost sounds like the metal is warped, if hand punchign it out you going to have to shrink the metal
