New 20x9 Detroit Steels OEM center cap question

So I put the 20x9 Detroit Steel Wheels on all for corners. 5.5" bs on front with a 255/45/20 at 29", 4.5" bs on rear with 295/40/20 at 29.3". No rubbing. That said....

I want to keep the stock 2wd center caps that are held on the the three screws. But I can no longer use the three screws due to the extra lug pattern on the rims. Is there a lug with a washer that would tighten the rims yet snug up the center cap via a washer or shank set up catching the center cap? I don't want to use the newer dual threaded lugs or plastic caps. Must be original 79 c10 caps and metal lugs.

Maybe find some washers an maybe attach the to the back of the cap or better yet make a circle out of steel an attach it to the back of the cap an drill 5 holes for it to slide over the wheel studs an out lug nuts on

that's one way but I was hoping for something as easy as a lug with a washer. I see the shank lugs but im not familiar with those and their purpose
