Inner cab corner delete?

Hey guys, Somewhere on here in one of your posts i read about (you?) deleting your inner cab corners? i thought at the time that it sounded like a good idea. Well, im getting ready to do mine and would like any info from you guys that have done this delete. Did it require any other bracing? If i remember correctly you just made your inner floor complete and solid? Thanks for the help guys.

I'm not following what you are talking about. Are you covering over the wells that the cab corners make and leaving the bottom open?

Re: Inner cab corner delete?

My plan is to do the same thing. Did you simply use a piece of 16 ga. sheet medal and screw it to the floor? Did you secure it to the wall or let it float. My first thought was to spot weld it down and spot weld it to the wall but now I'm thinking that it needs to be removable if for some reason I need to take it off. I will carpet over it and have a nice behind the seat carpeted area.
