Using Seats From a Car?

Hi all,

I would like to ask if anyone has an experience of using the seat frames from a car ( to use as a bench seat at front?).

What do you think are the potential things to be considered. Is it a different angle? (Can I bend it ) Or do I need to mount them higher? Shall I use custom spacers, rails to mount it higher?

I have currently two bucket seats from 80s Mercedes and want to change it back to original ( as much as possible). Right now I have bought a seat frame from an earlier Chevrolet Car. Unfortunately I cannot find any truck or suburban seats.. Even this is pretty rare for Turkey...
