Don't throw away your old POA valve!

You can get $75 for yours if it is in decent shape.
Email these guys. I had 3 in my stash and it was nice to get something for them.

Re: Don't throw away your old POA valve!

It's a factory AC part. It maintains the suction side of the system at a steady pressure.
Lots of folks take them off.

Re: Don't throw away your old POA valve!

This tread allows me to ***** about my brother and his lack of follow up.

After I bought my truck he trailer it to his shop for engine, transmission, and AC rebuild. Once he got to the AC the thing had more leaks than the Titanic. So capitulated to converting it. When I did that I said I wanted all the original parts that came off and would not be reused.

When I went to get the tuck I asked where are all the old AC parts.... he responded, "Ah man, I forgot and the AC shop threw them away". Though I bet they hoarded them and sold them off.

I was really bummed since I knew the parts had value and even more important to me being able to help someone else that was firm sticking with the original AC setup.
