Help Identify this transmission and WIW?

My dad bought this 4speed manual and helped me put it in my truck my freshman year of college. Neither of us remember what it is. It is a close ratio type, not the granny geared 4 speed. WIW with the Hurst shifter included? It worked fine when I parked the truck in 2000. It went behind the original 250 straight 6. Thanks guys!

Try to look up the numbers it might worth more then what you would think in the car world not as much here in the trucks.

Re: Help Identify this transmission and WIW?

From the case number, it's a 4 speed Saginaw.

It is incredibly hard (for me) to see if it has any grooves on the input shaft, the number of grooves will tell you what ratios the transmission has.

Saginaw 4 speed

1st 2nd 3rd 4th

No lines 2.84 2.01 1.35 1.00

1 line 2.54 1.80 1.44 1.00

2 lines 3.11 2.20 1.47 1.00

3 lines 3.50 2.47 1.65 1.00
