Hickey Roof Rack

Can anyone tell me if the hickey roof rack is a universal fit from the 69-72 Blazers to the 73-87? Or are they different ?

Re: Hickey Roof Rack

My 1975 Hickey catalogue indicates different part numbers for the 69-72 and 73-75 roof rack kits. I would assume that this means they are shaped differently for the two different style hard tops.

BTW, I noticed when I installed my Hickey rack that the two fiberglass cross bars are not identical, and that one is definitely meant for the front and the other is meant for the rear. If I switched them, they didn't fit. The rear of my hard top is definitely narrower than the front.

There's a Hickey roof rack on eBay currently for sale. It's for a 69-72 Blazer
