Canadian GMC rad support

So I have a 1950 Canadian GMC 100. The Canadian trucks came with the Chev 216. Apparently the GMC 228 or 248 could be ordered as an option. Mine came with a 216 but has a later model 235 in it now. I'm looking at my rad support and it has a bend to it at the bottom, guessing about 3/4". Looks factory to me, not like it was beaten into that shape. Also, it is the same style as a Chevrolet, not like the US GMC. (other than that bend) Does anyone know if the Canadian GMC's had different rad supports than the US models? All the holes line up with the fenders and the crossmember. Anyone know anything about these GMC's, and if this is normal?
