Hello Joe,

I just came across your pic of the 2" lift w/ 32's. This is so helpful!! I've been back and forth for two weeks trying to decide between a 4" or 2" lift. I think the 2" is plenty and I'm hoping I won't have to mess with dropping the tranny, adding longer brake lines, or the idler arm. If you could, what else did you do besides springs and shocks??

My 68 clone is running a 4" rough country lift and sitting on 265/75/16 until assembly is finished. It wont clear the garage door with the 315's lol

I'am glad you got some bigger meats for the truck, the smaller tires did not do your truck justice. Especially since you did all that painstaking work of restoring it to it present glory. Now it looks like a serious 4wd. Great job.

question on your fenders flares are they home made glass,metal,??? i like them and you got a nice truck. I like to see more pictures if you got them

Truck my daughter and I built..She'll be 16 in 2 weeks........OUCH.......1970 chevy 350/350, 373 gears in 3/4 ton diffs...Full frame off build.... 8" of lift no blocks...Raining but could not resist..Thanks to a great site !

I had a set of 36in military and man did they ride like hell lol flat spots for the first 5 minutes pretty loud but i drove them 3 hours to go canoeing and 3 hours back but i guess after awhile the hum of the tires became normal
