Re: Steel rim opinions
I went ahead and ordered the 16x10. I don’t think I’ll mind a wider stance on the truck. Now I gotta pick tires. Lotsa work shopping for truck parts...

Re: Steel rim opinions
I run 35x12.50 general grabbers on my truck, I ran aggressive mud tires since I could drive and now that I switched to a more all terrain ire I’ll probably never go back for a daily.

Re: Steel rim opinions
That’s probably a wise choice. Hard to not want that cosmetic look though too. I’ve seen a lot of guys run grabbers. Any one style in particular? Do they have one that looks more aggressive than the rest but would be a better choice for what I’m actually using the truck for?

Re: Steel rim opinions
I run the grabber AT2’s and I really like them but the newer X3’s will be my next choice. I ran master craft mxt’s for years and they were awesome. Only problem I had with the mxt’s were that when you have a big offset they throw boulders instead of rocks and chip the hell out of paint jobs.

Re: Steel rim opinions
Here is what decided on. Mickey Thompson Baja Lock 16X10’s and a set of Nitto Mudd Grapplers 35X12.5X16’s I think it will be a good looking Combo. Funny how it costs nearly as much as the truck lol

Re: Steel rim opinions
I was thinking 33’s... then 35’s kinda got my attention. Anyone have a favorite 35? Probably going to see mainly pavement but I want that good ole fashion mud tire with meaty lug look. Maybe even a 37... really thinking 35x12.5R16 want a decent tire. I don’t mind spending money if I’m getting a good product. Budget is about 1300. I like the Yokohama Geolanders. Those looked pretty decent. If you have pics that would be great too. These will be run on the Mickey Thompson’s pictured above. 16X10’s
