Light Switch removal??

I thought I had seen this before, but I couldn't find it.....

How do you remove the dash light switch...I cannot see anything to take off to remove it...

I need to see what wires where, or buy a new one....

Thanks

Chad

Re: Light Switch removal??

First remove the knob. There is a button that you press to release the knob. Then you can remove it from the dash.

Re: Light Switch removal??

here maybe this will help. the first one shows which way the switch is supposed to go in, i put a different one in. the second one shows the button, its right in front of my finger, just press it and pull the knob out, the third shows it out of the switch. hope it helps.
