Plans/parts list for cross-over steering, anybody?

Does anyone have the plans and part numbers for building cross-over set-up for Dana 60? Have a machinist friend but not sure of prints for steering parts and also need numbers for tie-rods, etc. Will use DOM tubing if I can figure lengths and additional parts needed. Thanks guys!

Couldn't you just buy a kit? I mean i understand saving money or something but i don't think i've ever even seen a blue print of the steering arms but here's one piece if it helps

http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/...es_p_1246.html

Click on the other pictures and you will see a measured print of the arm i guess you can pick the thickness

Good luck on it

I used the Ballistic Fab steering arms. I bought 3/4" Helm Joints and DOM tubing. You'll need a 2wd steering box and a TJ pitman arm. Thats it in a nut shell.

I agree with chevy1tonfun. You can put a kit together pretty cost effectively if you shop around. Plus you can get the steering arms that fit your specific needs. For instance if you have arched, lifted leaf springs you might need a taller steering arm to clear them. Also a jeep SJ arm has less drop and is longer than the TJ arm which in my case was preferred.

Yup! Partsmike had good prices and customer service when I bought parts from them for my D44 crossover + high steer conversion.
