Anyone in Jacksonville, FL know of any good local shops

As the title says, does anyone recommend any good local shops in Jacksonville?

I need some carb tuning and eventually rear end gearing

Don't have anyone to recommend for the carb tuning but Drive Line has built several driveshafts for me and have set up rear ends for some of my friends. They do very good work and reasonably priced.

Get/borrow a wideband and learn how to do it, that's what I did with my Datsun when I couldn't find anyone around here. Pretty easy because of little temp and no elevation change. National carburetor off of Belfort is amazing though, they've got everything you could ever need parts-wise. Check with them, maybe something's changed and they can recommend you somebody.

Third on Driveline, they built my driveshaft and did a great job for a more than reasonable price.

Horsepower by Hedrick seems to be the best engine/machine shop in town as well, from friends with first hand experience.

My list that I would recommend:
Automotive driveline:Mike Ferran Automotive
Engine machine work: Precision Crankshaft
Exhaust: I kind of like Ricks here in St Augustine
Carb Work: Classic Carb up in PA / Bob Stone / Best rebuilder/ best price
Try Chip Parman, owner: Mayport Car Care Center Inc / he knows a few guys that do nice body work, plus great mechanic.
