Single 67-70 tow hook

Found a nice single 67-70 tow hook, whats it worth on its own as is? Or if I sandblasted it’s and painted it nice?

It is for a 60-68. There are 3 of them on the parts board at $165 each that haven't sold yet. In that condition I would say $100-$125
If it comes up for sale I may be interested.
